Itinerary

Day 1 – Airport to Anuradhapura

Our representative will meet you when you arrive at the airport and take you to Anuradhapura, the former capital of Sri Lanka. A UNESCO World Heritage Site, Anuradhapura is well-known for its majestic temples and historic ruins. You can either go on your own exploration of the city or join a guided tour after checking into your hotel and getting ready.

Day 2 – Anuradhapura to Sigiriya

After you have had a chance to explore Anuradhapura, we will drive you to Sigiriya, the location of the renowned Sigiriya Rock Fortress. ' Having been constructed in the fifth century, the fortress is now a UNESCO World Heritage site. You can scale the rock to explore the stunning frescoes and ruins of an ancient palace. You can unwind at your hotel in the evening or explore the village on foot.

Day 3 – Sigiriya to Kandy

We'll take you to Kandy, Sri Lanka's cultural center, after breakfast. We'll stop at the Dambulla Cave Temple along the way, which is home to some of the earliest and best-preserved Buddhist cave paintings and statues and is a UNESCO World Heritage site. When you arrive in Kandy, you can explore the area and go to the renowned Temple of the Tooth, which is home to a Buddha tooth relic.

Day 4 – Kandy to Nuwara Eliya

After you've had a chance to explore Kandy, we'll take you by car to Nuwara Eliya, a charming hill town renowned for its tea plantations and natural splendor. We'll stop at a tea factory en route to learn how tea is made and sample some of the renowned Ceylon tea. When you get to Nuwara Eliya, you can either go on your own exploration or join a tour.

Day 5 – Nuwara Eliya to Airport

Your trip to Sri Lanka will come to an end after breakfast when we drive you to the airport. We'll make a stop at the Ramboda Waterfalls along the way because they're a must-see on the way to the airport. You will be dropped off at the airport by our representative so that you can catch your flight home.
